Primary Care Treatment

The drug rehab program at Cirque Lodge is broken down into a 30-day interval. The primary care addiction treatment stay Cirque Lodge is the initial 30-day stay within the drug rehab program. In this 30-day period, a client benefits from personalized care, support programs, experiential therapy, and our effective family program. It is a solid foundation for discovering a successful means of recovery from addiction.

Upon completion of primary care treatment, each client is provided up to a year of aftercare services to continue drug rehab treatment outside of the facility. These consist of support groups and addiction sponsors that are close to the resident's home. Such programs can help further the work of the residential drug rehab program and continue in the success of recovery.

Extended Care Treatment

In severe cases of alcohol or drug addiction, further treatment may be needed. Upon completion of the primary care program, our clinical staff can make a recommendation if further treatment is needed. Extended care treatment with Cirque Lodge occurs at our studio facility. It is designed to further the personalized treatment of the alcohol and drug rehab program. Extended care is also equally balanced with all the effective elements of our treatment program.

Extended care treatment takes a step forward for those drug rehab clients in need. It is so much more than repeating the 30 day program. The approach to extended care is personalized for each resident. We introduce more intensified step work, as well as the introduction of sponsor and social programs. We work more closely on their communication skills and intensify the family program to address the underlying issues. Upon completion of extended care treatment the drug rehab client is better prepared for a lasting recovery.

Personalized Addiction Treatment

We incorporate the initial step work into each addiction treatment plan. Step work is continued with the assistance of aftercare and support groups.

The all encompassing aspect of the 12-step modality is to find a higher power. This higher power is different in each individual, but the assistance of a power greater than oneself can make all the difference in recovery. Cognitive Behavioral Treatment

Cirque Lodge offers a bevy of treatment models. Personalized treatment and 12-step programs lay the foundation for more intensified effective therapies. Cognitive behavioral treatment is one of these effective treatment types. It is specific treatment for the part of the body most affected by alcohol and drug addiction, the brain. This type of therapy treats the cognitive functions that addiction damages the most. It allows the recovering addict or alcoholic to discover ways they can challenge the impulses of addiction. Cognitive behavioral therapy also teaches basic skills that are compromised by addictive behavior.

Experiential Program in Addiction Treatment

The experiential program is daily activities to amplify the personalized treatment of each resident. Experiential therapy involves many physical activities to help increase health and wellness, as well as cognitive to teach the recovering addict needed recovery skills. These are experiences that can not be enjoyed under the influence. When clean and sober these activities can be life altering.

Experiential activities include hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing in the winter, fly fishing, river rafting, and even nature flights in our private helicopter. Experiential therapy takes full advantage of our natural surrounding. This is due to the healing ability of nature. At Cirque Lodge, we use aspects of nature in all that we do to provide vital spiritual experiences in our drug rehab program.
